We require a credit card or deposit with all Airport Arrivals reservations and a signed charter contract with all advance charter reservations. Cancelled charter reservations and airport "no shows" are subject to a 25% charge. |

You will not be charged if your flight is late, but you must call and cancel or reschedule if you don't make it onto your scheduled flight. We accept cash, local checks, Visa, Master charge, and American Express. We charge your credit card at time of service, not before. If you may choose to pay cash when we pick you up. (We will always give a receipt.) |

How to meet us at the airport: telephone! Call our toll-free number, 1-(888) 555-5555, from the first pay phone you see or your cell phone. We have free parking arrangements less than three minutes away from the terminals at all major airports. |

What is happening in NYC? |
If you would like us to meet you at the gate with a sign, we'll charge you an extra $10, plus parking charges -- and it'll delay your airport departure by 10 to 15 minutes. If you are blind, in a wheelchair, or otherwise need a little extra help, please let us know. No problem! |

Alcoholic beverages: We supply soft drinks ice, napkins, and disposable glasses free with all charters and on trips longer then three hours (Atlantic City, Trenton etc.). If you are over 21 you may bring your own alcohol on any trip or charter. Or we can "stop at the store for you" and stock the bar before we pick you up for an additional charge of $20, plus the exact receipted cost of your selection(s). |
